Refund policy

RETURNS

For refunds, our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your product has been received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Returns for exchanges or store credit can be made within 30 days from original order fulfillment. A 5% restocking fee may be deducted from refunds sent back to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached.

Return Instructions

1. Sign in to your account via the link above.

  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

If you received an item that you feel is defective or damaged, please contact info@theuglysweaterco.com.

Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we can not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Marked-down items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you feel that your item is defective or damaged, send us an email at info@theuglysweaterco.com

For size exchanges, please return your goods through the return portal, then re-purchase the correct size. Once your return has been received and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.
